All orders will be processed, fulfilled and shipped by Armida Winery, Healdsburg, California, a licensed winery. Armida Winery selects all wines for Fender Wines to ensure that Fender Wines satisfies the high standards associated with the Fender Wines name, As a licensed wine shipper, Armida Wines is responsible for all wine shipments in compliance with state and federal regulations. Credit cards will be charged by Armida Winery, and local tax and shipping charges will be applied by region.

Is the online order system safe?
Yes. Fender Wines is committed to providing an efficient and satisfactory. consumer shopping experience through the protection and management of all personal information. Customer information submitted via the Fender Wines is utilized solely for internal purposes that include confirming and tracking orders. How do I set up my online account?
You will be prompted to set up an online account upon checkout. A functional email address is required in order for an online account to be created.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?
You may retrieve your password by going to the login page and following the prompt underneath the “LOGIN” button. A new password will be emailed to you.

Why is my birthdate required?
Applicable laws require that customers be at least 21 years of age to purchase any product through Fender Wines containing alcohol, and that Fender Wines legally maintain the birthdates of its customers for tracking purposes.

How do I change or remove items from my shopping cart?
You may change your order by selecting a new quantity to the left of each product in your shopping cart. To remove items, click the “minus” sign to the right of the product you wish to remove.

Can I view the shipping and sales tax charges before I place my order?
Yes. Shipping and sales tax charges are able to be reviewed along with your total charges prior to submitting your order and credit card information.

To which states does Fender Wines ship?
Due to applicable laws, Fender Wines and related accessories can only be shipped to the following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NV, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI and WY.

Can I change or cancel my order after submitting it?

What is the Fender Wines return policy?
Refunds are not issued for Fender Wines orders. Exchanges will be made only if your Fender Wines products have been visibly damaged in transit.
